Once a project is ready to begin, a detailed handover is completed with an on-site supervisor, who plays a key role in both training and delivering work to our company standards. The supervisor works closely with operations to keep the project on track, ensuring the team has the right information at the right time to avoid delays and deliver strong results.

We achieve this through clear project communication, structured quality checks, and proven job management systems. On site, our teams use whiteboards to delegate tasks, stay organised, and keep everyone productive. Maintenance Manuals

For complex jobs, we create detailed maintenance manuals so owners have a clear, reliable place to find the right information—without guessing. These manuals include emergency contacts, a full list of fixtures and fittings we’ve supplied and installed, and the locations of key services, including isolations and the operation of mechanical items. We also provide copies of work-as-executed plans, drainage diagrams, and certificates, giving you confidence that every part of the project has been completed professionally and to scope.

As-built Drawings

We also provide As-built drawings when detail matters, available on request. These drawings are important because they capture the exact layout of installed services, making future repairs, upgrades, or extensions easier, faster, and more cost-effective. They ensure there’s no uncertainty about what’s behind the walls or under the ground, giving both owners and builders a clear record of the finished project.
