North Shore Plumbing Group started our business focusing on working with builders on their high-end custom homes and whilst we are still working towards raising the standard in the construction industry we have found that there is a gap in the maintenance sector that could use a premium service.
3 reasons why it’s important to us:
1 – North Shore Plumbing Group have always carried out maintenance work to support existing clients and their referrals but we have never advertised because we haven’t had a team to cover the workload. The company has now grown and we are fortunate to have the capacity to open a maintenance division to support our clients. It is important to us that we are available for jobs big and small and creating a maintenance division that specialises in repairs and services means we can offer a premium service to our new and existing clients.
2 – As a plumbing company that focuses on construction our vision is to deliver comfort and luxury to all of our projects and we feel that this service can be offered in the maintenance sector. We understand how important it is to have access to hot and cold water, drainage and stormwater systems to protect your homes and create a hygienic living space for your family. We know that these services are valuable and we are excited to be able to repair any issues you have in the future.
3 – We know plenty of plumbers that specialise in maintenance that are ready to add their experience to this division. We also want to offer a more complete training and development package to apprentices so that they are completing their qualifications at the highest level. This will benefit our team and our clients because we will continue to raise the standard in the industry.
