We always talk about quality when delivering a project for our builders but a key component of delivering quality is the team and company structure.
Our team has been designed to handle multiple luxury residential projects and big ultra high-end custom homes. Each team member in our group has their role to play so that we can meet our targets. Our ideal structure includes the Sales and estimation team, Operations manager, Supervisor, Lead Plumbers, Qualified Plumbers and Apprentices. Our Supervisor makes sure that we are following our company processes and completing our quality control checks on every job and at every stage. The Supervisor is also responsible for supporting the Lead Plumber and scheduling the work so that we are efficient. Our Lead Plumbers work with the site foreman and our Qualified Plumbers and Apprentices to deliver the work on time. This structure also facilitates on the job learning so our Apprentices and Qualified Plumbers can continue their professional development. It is really rewarding seeing the team work so well together and their different roles allow them to focus and take responsibility for their own tasks, this prevents spreading them too thin, burning out and making mistakes. It’s important that everyone enjoys what they do.
The balance of the team is at its best and we make sure we manage it by putting a lot of attention on communication so that we are all on the same page. Our projects require plenty of thought and each job has its own challenges which is why we love what we do.
